Courses

The CALS Exchange Program with NTU is department-specific. Exchange students can only attend the College of Bioresources and Agriculture (CBA). The College of Bioresources and Agriculture includes the following departments and schools

  • Department of Agronomy
  • Department of Bioenvironmental Systems Engineering
  • Department of Agricultural Chemistry
  • School of Forestry & Resource Conservation
  • Department of Agricultural Economics
  • Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture
  • Department of Bio-industry Communication & Development
  • Department of Bio-Industrial Mechatronics Engineering
  • Department of Entomology
  • Department of Plant Pathology & Microbiology
  • Institute of Food Science and Technology
  • Institute of Biotechnology
  • Master Program for Plant Medicine

Students should expect to take a majority of their credit hours in the College of Bioresources and Agriculture but students can take courses offered in other colleges if they meet any prerequisites (if any).

Exchange students may not take courses within the Vet School.

To review the course catalog, choose English at the top of the page (close to the left side of page), then choose "courses taught in English". You should not see a schedule. Choose the College of Bioresources and Agriculture. Again, ignore any courses offered through the vet school. Those classes are not available to exchange students. Disclaimer: Sometimes there is a glitch in the course catalog and the English button will not appear. It is recommended to try a different bowser or copy the link and paste it into the browser. If you continue to have issues, please email abroad@cornell.edu.

A credit hour equivalency and grading scale conversion chart is available for reference.
