The LEDA Career Fellows program addresses the impact of income inequality in the area of career development.

Each spring, LEDA recruits a cohort of college first and second year students to become LEDA Career Fellows. Beginning with a free 5-day Career Institute in New York City, Career Fellows receive ongoing programming, mentorship and resources to support them in their college and career journey through college and beyond.
