What is unique about this program?
Participate in a semester internship, in partnership with Arcadia's London internship program (internship counts as one of your courses). London is a leading destination for Study Abroad students, and Queen Mary offers a fully integrated academic experience. Queen Mary has one of the largest self-contained campuses in London, which provides a convenient, safe, and friendly atmosphere for students, and offers on-campus Accommodation*. "Countdown to Queen Mary" newsletters offer step-by-step guidance to get you ready for your arrival on campus.
Queen Mary is a Cornell Global Hub partner university. Global Hubs are Cornell's collaborative centers of engagement around the world. Hubs will give students exciting opportunities for semester-long and short-term study abroad, field experience, participation in faculty-led research, curricular pathways through majors, internships, and more.
*Students must follow all application and housing deadlines to be eligible. On-campus housing is not guaranteed. Instructions to apply for housing are sent to students after they accept their place in the program. We encourage you to apply early. Students who are not placed in on-campus housing will be provided with a range of suitable alternatives.

What is unique about the East End, London?
The East End is one of the most vibrant, exciting, and culturally diverse areas of London. There is something for everyone: street markets, parks, cafes, restaurants, pubs, museums, and galleries. Brick Lane, which is within walking distance from the campus, is famous for its eclectic market, Indian restaurants, 24-hour bagel shops and is also now home to a growing number of artists and designers. It may not be the most famous area of the city, but it is certainly worth getting to know!
