Pathways to Success (P2S) is the Graduate School's framework for helping graduate and professional students and postdoctoral scholars be successful in their research and scholarship and establish the necessary skills to their future careers.

The P2S Symposium is a one-day professional development and career exploration opportunity for graduate students and postdoctoral scholars. These events provide participants with information and tools useful for their time at Cornell and beyond.

Pathways to Success events and programming are sponsored by the Graduate School offices of Academic Affairs, Graduate Student Life, Inclusion and Student Engagement, Career and Professional Development and Postdoctoral Studies; Cornell Career Services; the English Language Support Office; and the Center for Teaching Innovation.
