Research Curriculum for Union Leadership Institute

The New York State AFL-CIO Union Leadership Institute is a dynamic program that brings together emerging leaders from across the state to build their leadership, expand their vision, and provide them with new tools for leading in their work. We are in a constant process of updating our curriculum, and this year we are adding two new modules – one on the changing nature of work and the economy, and one on leading to build unity in the context of political polarization. The research fellow on this project will help build our literature review on these two topics.  The fellow has the option of attending one or more of our retreats as an observer-member of the facilitation team. - with Kathleen Mulligan and Ileen Devault.
