Minimum GPA: 3.20

Requirements

  • ILR undergraduate who had completed Labor Relations.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 at the time of the program. Note that ILR will confirm your GPA after the fall 2023 semester to ensure eligibility. 
  • Good standing with the ILR School and the University (no pending Judicial Administrative violations, or issues in an other ILR-managed program).
  • Registered in ILR for the spring 2024 semester. 

Qualifications:  The ideal candidate will demonstrate cross-cultural skills, flexibility, adaptability and maturity.  Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in the region and labor relations/HR, conflict resolution/negotiations, and/or research, through their courses or activities, or have a related internship experience.   The applicant should have excellent written and oral communication skills, a service-orientation, maturity, and experience working on teams.  Completion of Labor Relations ILRLR 2050 is REQUIRED,
