This project is for our work on sexual harassment and sexual assault in the workplace and the role of unions in providing support needed to address sources of harassment and assault. Here we are seeking a fellow to conduct a deep-dive into the literature to better understand what prior research and writing have been produced that explores how unionized workers who have experienced workplace sexual harassment experience change. Additional questions we are seeking to answer through the literature include, what actions have been used to make a difference if someone has experienced workplace sexual harassment? Are additional actions needed? At the institutional level—What does change within a union look like both formally and informally? Have these actions resulted in broader workplace changes?
