Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) is a Cornell Global Hubs partner based in Ecuador with a diverse global community. The university offers internships to international students at their academic hub in Valencia, Spain: the Global Academic Institute for the Arts and Sciences (GAIAS Europa).
Internships are available in positions at GAIAS Europa, as well as with private organizations, public institutions, and NGOs in Valencia for students of any field of study. We help match you to positions that best meet your goals! Review a sample of available host organizations and fields of work/study in the institute's internship brochure on page 19.
In your application's statement of interest, tell us what skills and knowledge you wish to obtain during an internship.
Funding
You will receive an award to cover the estimated costs for airfare, transportation, and living expenses. A portion of the stipend may be paid directly to the in-country host to support housing, food, and local transportation.
