Overview
Host organization: Southern African Institute for Policy and Research (SAIPAR)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
SAIPAR is an independent educational and development-oriented research center. Through interdisciplinary research, publications, seminars, and dialogue facilitation, the institute seeks to contribute to improved policymaking, research capacity, and governance.
The institute aims to be a catalyst for new ideas and concepts on good governance and development in Zambia and Southern Africa and a documentation center to serve as an indispensable partner on research and policy analysis.
As an intern, you will contribute to SAIPAR's research in governance, green energy transition, and mining, and you will learn about economic development, politics and law, and access justice in the region.
Previous experience abroad is a plus, as well as interest in the fields of politics, economic development, law, and access to justice.
