Registered undergraduate students in Duffield Engineering are eligible to apply to the Office of External Collaboration and Innovation to support travel for academic or career related experiences (e.g., conferences, research opportunities, on-site interviews, winter or summer programs). Funding covers ONLY travel and lodging. Students may receive funding only once for domestic travel and once for international travel during their undergraduate career. Award maximums are $1500 for international travel and $1000 for domestic travel. Travel related to Student Project Teams is not eligible for this fund. Application closes on May 15.

Any project that proposes student travel to an international destination deemed to be an elevated risk destination by the International Travel Advisory & Response Team (ITART), must obtain ITART pre-travel approval per Policy 8.5.  If applicable, we encourage you to contact intlsafety@cornell.edu for a consultation early on in your planning to increase the likelihood of ITART approval.
