Class Year Eligibility:

  • Third Year (undergrad)
  • Fourth Year + (undergrad)

Open to:

  • Cornell Undergraduate Students

GPA Requirements:

Minimum GPA: 2.70

What you should know before applying:
  • This opportunity is limited to Cornell Human Ecology Juniors and Seniors.
  • Applicants must be within good academic standing (GPA 2.7+).
  • Select applicants will be invited to interview with a partner site. Internship placement is dependent upon an offer from the partner site. 
Application process:
  • Complete application through portal. You will be required to upload cover letter, resume, and unofficial transcript.
  • Have two recommendation surveys completed. One must be from a professor.
  • Interview with one of the partner internship sites.
  • Receive an acceptance from an internship site. 
  • Enroll and attend 7-week internship prep course in March 2024.   
Additional requirements for selected CHE applicants:  
  • Enrollment in the 7 week HE 2400: Internship Preparation course (03/18/2025- 05/06/2025).
