Requirements

College/School Eligibility:

  • Industrial and Labor Relations

Class Year Eligibility:

  • Second Year (undergrad)
  • Third Year (undergrad)
  • Fourth Year + (undergrad)

Open to:

  • Cornell Undergraduate Students

This opportunity is open to rising ILR sophomores, juniors and seniors

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Must have completed course(s) in Labor Law, Labor and Employment Law, or similar law class, and have knowledge and understanding of employment law
  • Experience with web-based research and data collection and analysis, including use of law journals, Lexis-Nexis, Bloomberg BNA, or Westlaw etc.
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a member of a high-performing team
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience using MS Office Suite, including Powerpoint, Excel, Word
