Students must be returning students in Fall 2025.
Preferred skills and abilities:
- Data driven, research-based individual
- Interest in housing, urban development and economic development
- Interest in researching how policies can become more equitable to improve long-time inequities
- Resourceful, Familiar with how to conduct scholarly research, Inquisitive, Open-Minded: Interest in different cultures and neighborhoods other than their own.
