GPA Requirements:

Minimum GPA: 3.20

Requirements:  Must be enrolled and successfully complete ILRID 3550 Native American Dispute Resolution for spring 2024, Minimum GPA of 3.2 at the time of departure.  Good standing with the ILR School and the University (no pending Judicial Administrative violations). You must be enrolled in ILR School for fall 2024 to be eligible.  Seniors graduating in May 2024 are not eligible for this program.

Qualifications:  The ideal candidate will demonstrate cross-cultural skills, flexibility, adaptability, and maturity.  Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in labor relations, conflict resolution/negotiations though coursework, research, or an internship, and should exhibit excellent written and oral communication skill, be service-minded, and have experience working on a team.  Completion of Labor Relations ILRLR 2050 is required and at least one additional higher-level course in an area (i.e. mediation, negotiation, indigenous studies, etc.) that would prepare them for the program.

Note that international exchange students are not eligible for this program.
