Once you have OFFICIALLY SECURED a space on a Study Abroad semester program AND received a confirmation from OGL, please use this application to complete your college participation approval.   DO NOT USE this form unless you have secured a space otherwise the form will be rejected.  
 

• You will need to pre-select 5-7 courses as your "wish list" that you would like to enroll in during your program.
• It is advised to assume that these courses will return as elective credit.  
• You may discuss receiving credit towards your major or concentration with your major advisor.
