Big Red Real Estate in the Big Apple

After completing the first year of their real estate master’s degree in Ithaca, Baker Program students have the option to spend their second year studying in NYC, providing them with valuable hands-on learning opportunities and perspectives gleaned directly from both industry professionals and Cornell faculty. A core feature is the Real Estate Immersion course in which teams of students work with local companies and/or government offices on real-world projects. This experience is paired with a range of real estate-focused courses in development, investment, data analytics, leadership, and more taught at the CornellTech campus and in Midtown Manhattan.
