Program Background:

ILR’s Labor and Employment Law Program (LEL) merges law and social science research to provide attorneys, legislators, social scientists, and policymakers with multifaceted perspectives at forums and conferences. Current and emerging legal issues affecting the workplace are analyzed with the goal of influencing research, legislation, policy, and litigation. 

Research Details:

One (1) fellow will research various aspects of how AI is changing the workplace, HR policies and practices, jobs, and related legislation and court cases.  Research will be used for upcoming programs/conference and content development and may include analyzing legislation/policies in multiple localities and at federal level.
