Opportunity Description

Host organization: The Harvest Fund

Location: Kafue, Zambia

The Harvest Fund is a nonprofit social enterprise working to empower women farmers through microfinance and training in sustainable, climate-smart agricultural practices and technologies, promoting gender equality while helping African women rise from poverty.

Your work as an intern will include program facilitation, event coordination, and grant research and writing. You may contribute to blog posts and social media, take part in media engagements, and interview farmer extensions.

All Global Interns receive an award totaling at least $3,000 for airfare, transportation, and living expenses. A portion of the stipend may be paid directly to the in-country host to support housing, food, and local transportation.
