The first private liberal arts university in the Andes, Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) is a Cornell Global Hubs partner that seeks to educate free-thinking, innovative, creative, entrepreneurial citizens.
Quito is an exciting destination to pursuing an internship, due to its cultural and natural diversity, strategic location in the country, diverse global community and exceptional location for cross-cultural learning.
Opportunities are open to all Cornell undergraduate students, but may be of particular interest to those students focused in the following areas:

You'll gain valuable experience developing your intercultural competencies and fostering a more diverse community. Interns will work from early June through the end of July.
Funding
You will receive an award totaling at least $3,000 for airfare, transportation, and living expenses. A portion of that stipend may be paid directly to the in-country host to support housing, food, and local transportation.
